The affairs of the Society shall be managed by the Governing Council. The composition of Governing Council shall be as follows,

Two Members each from Four Regions (East, West, North, & South)
One Member each from Chapters of Society
Two Members each from Institutional and Corporate Members
Minimum Two or Maximum Three (to make odd number of GC members) nominated by Executive Council
Immediate past President, and
Immediate past General Secretary

The Governing Council shall elect Executive Council comprising of President, Four Vice-Presidents (one each from one region), General Secretary, Two Joint Secretaries *, and Treasurer * * One Joint Secretary and Treasurer shall be from the Headquarters for the convenience of financial and administrative operations Immediate Past President and immediate Past General Secretary shall be the other members of the Executive Council.
