      The Instrument Society of India has established Student Chapters at select Engineering Colleges/Institutions at different parts of the country, for the benefit of students community.

      Formal proposals from the Principals/Head of Institutions for the establishment of Student Chapters may kindly be sent to the General Secretary, Instrument Society of India, for further action.

Instrument Society of India Students Chapter - Highlights
  • The Instrument Society of India Students Chapter is open to the students community of the Colleges/Institutions in the country. The Student Chapters will function under the parent body or the Local Chapter of the Instrument Society of India (if available)
  • The Student Membership Fee is Rs. 125/- per annum.
  • A minimum of 25 Student Members are required to establish a Students Chapter.
  • The Student Members will be supplied with a laminated photo Identity Card.
  • Copies of 'Journal of the Instrument Society of India' would be supplied to the Students Chapter at the rate of 1 copy per 25 Student Members enrolled.
  • Special concessions are given to the Students Chapter members towards Registration Fee payable in all the events organized by Instrument Society of India such as 'National Symposium on Instrumentation'
