      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall function and act in the manner stipulated from time to time. The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall be answerable to all the calls and queries that are called for from time to time.

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall strive to safe guard the aims, objectives and the interest of the Instrument Society of India.

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall implement the policies and programmes of the Instrument Society of India.

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall take active participation in all the activities of the Instrument Society of India.

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall immediately receive and acknowledge the communications received from time to time.


      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall engage in activities that could contribute towards promoting instrumentation activities.

Rights and Privileges

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall receive all communications, guidelines, instructions, announcements that are issued from time by the Instrument Society of India.

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall actively participate in all its activities like Workshops, Symposia, Tutorial Classes, Short-term Courses undertaken by the Instrument Society of India.

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall attend the Annual General Body Meetings of the Instrument Society of India. The member representatives of the Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall have the right to vote.

Membership

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall issue the serially number printed Membership Application Forms to the needy applicants. Membership Application Forms are available with the Secretary. All pooled up filled-in and signed application forms and the prescribed membership fee could be forwarded to the Office of the Instrument Society of India, Bangalore, by Registered Post to the following address :-

      It is the foremost duty of the personalities striving to promote The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters at their territorial jurisdiction would first become the Life Members of the Instrument Society of India.

      The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters would strive to spearhead the campaign for enlisting Life Members of the Instrument Society of India in their area of jurisdiction. The Instrument Society of India Local Chapters shall be entitled to 25% of the proceeds of the membership fee collected.
